Ebook Web Design – Plain vs Colorful
A lot of people ask me if ebook website needs to be really colorful and designed professionally with all the graphics.
The simple answer is no. When it comes to ebook web design, the pretty look isn’t necessary, as the sales letter is the main focus of the person visiting the site.
By saying that, I dont mean that all ebook websites need to be plain and simple.
I personally think that if a website is about a hobby, something that a person is connected to, it is nice to be able to bring out his emotions with the graphics.

first of all, blogs and ebook sites are quite different in the nature of making money.
the biggest problem is to get a sales letter written for the ebook site. i have been doing ebook web design for over 4 years and have put together some really successful ebook websites. i have couple of good ebooks and am currently working on another one.
i am currently experimenting using video instead of sales letters
